Langley City, specifically
Langley City's population is about 29,000 (2021 census), packed into just 10 square kilometres and surrounded entirely by Langley Township — the two were actually one place until they split into separate municipalities in 1955. The compact downtown is one of the few genuinely walkable old-town cores in the region, Kwantlen Polytechnic University has a campus here, and the city carries an unusually large share of industrial and commercial land for its size.
Like Langley Township, it's part of my regular service area.
