The process was never built around meeting in person — the application is online, documents go by email or a secure upload link, and most paperwork can be e-signed remotely. The few documents that need a witness get signed with a local lawyer or notary near you, no trip required.
Plenty of Lower Mainland clients finish the whole process without meeting in person either. Vernon works the same way.

Vernon's population is about 50,000, at the north end of the Okanagan Valley. SilverStar Mountain Resort is the main winter draw, and compared with Kelowna or Penticton, Vernon sees fewer tourists and keeps more of a local, lived-in feel.
