Chilliwack's population is around 112,500, in the Fraser Valley about 100 km east of Vancouver, close to the Sumas–Huntingdon border crossing. It's still very agricultural — about two-thirds of the land sits within the Agricultural Land Reserve, with close to 940 working farms.
