North Vancouver City, specifically
The City of North Vancouver's population is about 58,000 (2021 census). It's the smaller, denser, more urban of the North Shore's two municipalities — condo towers have gone up steadily around Lonsdale Quay in recent years, and the SeaBus gets you into downtown Vancouver in about twelve minutes, which is a big part of what supports prices here.
Like the District of North Vancouver, it's inside my regular service area — a bridge or a SeaBus ride away, not a real obstacle.
