Langley Township has a population of about 133,000 (2021 census) — this is where my office actually is (325A-20178 96 Ave). The centre keeps getting more urban while the south and southeast stay genuinely agricultural — fruit, vegetables, dairy and eggs, and a horse industry worth over $60 million a year.
SkyTrain is expected to reach Langley by 2029, with stations at the Surrey-Langley border and in Langley City, so growth here isn't slowing down. This is where I'm actually rooted — real estate and mortgages both fall inside my regular service area.
